John Stimadorakis, founder and
president of AMT Corp., has over 28 years of technical management experience in the
electronics industry. During this time he has been involved in the management,
evaluation and implementation of advanced manufacturing and information technologies. He
has developed and implemented World Class Manufacturing principles for both small and
large manufacturing companies.
Mr. Stimadorakis has provided
management for the design, implementation and business process re-engineering of more than
24 manufacturing facilities for companies such as ALCATEL, Bacharach, Baxter Healthcare,
Celestica, Sundstrand, Square D, Medrad, Sunrise Medical and Honeywell along with numerous
small and mid-size companies around the world.
Mr. Stimadorakis has been
featured in publications such as Washington Business Journal, Venture Magazine, Electronic
Business and Electronic Engineering Times.
The company has been actively
involved in providing management, consulting and training to companies in the commercial,
industrial, medical and military/aerospace industries around the world for over 18 years.
AMT Corp. has participated in
several global marketing and manufacturing studies that provided strategic planning input
for companies that are operating in a rapidly changing business environment.
Typical management contracts are
for one to 12 months. In our rapidly changing business environment, a Technology
Contractor provides an economical means to fulfill short- to medium-term management gaps.
As in the past AMT continues to
